Text Box: Staff, students and parents are all celebrating Sydney Russell’s best ever set of exam results at A’ Level, GCSE and Year 9 SATs. Sixth formers achieved the incredible feat of a 100% pass rate at A Level - the best in the Borough - with an impressive 70% at the top three grades of A,B and C. A record number of Year 13 students progressed onto University. At GCSE, Sydney Russell achieved the largest increase of any school in the Borough, going up from 33% 5+A*-C grades in 2004 to a best-ever 46% this year. Highlights included English Level 5+ up from 53% to 70% and Maths Level 6+ up from 26% to 40%.
